Cozens Cup
The Cozens Cup has become the highlight of our year. It brings together all that we do in a celebration event to raise awareness of dementia in both young and old.
Grateful
We are very grateful to Steve Cozens, his family and Cozens UK for providing the cup and much more. We aim to organise an event each year for people to come together around football, relive some happy memories and celebrate being together.
